2019纽约大都会艺术博物馆慈善晚宴(Met Gala)6日举行，今年的主题是"坎普风：时装札记"。红毯上各路明星争奇斗艳，纷纷秀出自己的坎普风造型。
Met Gala也叫Met Ball，中文名为"纽约大都会艺术博物馆慈善晚宴"。Met Gala堪称时尚界最盛大的筹款活动(the biggest event on the fashion fundraising calendar)，首次举办是在1948年，目的是鼓励纽约的上流人士为慈善捐款。Met Gala每年都有特定的主题，明星们会穿上契合主题的服饰走红毯。今年Met Gala的主题是坎普风(Camp)，"Camp"一词来源于法语中的俚语"se camper"，意为"以夸张的方式展现"，旨在给观者带来荒谬滑稽的艺术感受。
时尚届扛把子嘎嘎小姐(Lady Gaga)金色bobo头假发，超长亮粉色晚礼服，夸张的"放射眼妆"，融合戏剧性的夸张动作和表演，惊艳全场(showstopper);今年50岁的舞台剧演员和歌手比利·波特(Billy Porter)彻底放飞自我：身穿带有金色翅膀的紧身连体衣裤(catsuit with gold wings)，由六个赤膊上阵的壮汉抬着出场;一向"作天作地"的水果姐身穿吊灯裙，灯泡还是点亮了的(Katy Perry was dressed in a chandelier-as-dress that was actually illuminated)，秒变吸睛王。
美国艺术评论家苏珊·桑塔格(Susan Sontag)曾经对坎普的内涵有过比较完整的阐释，今年Met Gala的主题灵感亦来源于此。在桑塔格看来：
The hallmark of Camp is the spirit of extravagance.
坎普的标志性特征是一种奢华浮夸的精神。
Camp is the triumph of the epicene style.
坎普是那种兼具两性特征的风格的胜利。
The whole point of Camp is to dethrone the serious. Camp is playful, anti-serious.

All Camp objects, and persons, contain a large element of artifice. Nothing in nature can be campy.
