背景：脸书新成立的独立内容监督委员会有点像这家平台的最高法院。最近，该“法院”发布了其最重要的裁决——认可脸书一年多前封禁特朗普账号的决定。但是（转折来了），无限期封禁并不“适当”，因为脸书的现有规则中列示的惩罚有移除内容、限期封禁或永久封禁，而没有“无限期”这种模棱两可的表述。委员会指示脸书应在6个月内达成一个限定清楚的惩罚。这个裁决的重要性并不在其逻辑，显然逻辑很简单，不过是现有规则的解读和执行。它的重要性在于对网红和政客等超级影响者的态度。脸书的规则中有一条叫做“新闻价值”，即如果内容的新闻价值很高或对于公共利益非常重要，那么内容还是会被推到前面。关于特朗普是否能被封禁的争论常常围绕“新闻价值”，要说前总统和前党首的话有新闻价值且是公众关切的对象，可能没什么大问题，但当他的话可能煽动“攻占白宫”时，新闻价值是否与公众利益对立就值得商榷。对于脸书这个大平台而言，内容监督将是一个避不过的难题，想要双面玲珑、闷头赚钱已经不再容易。毕竟，越大的权力会带来越大的责任。只要权力不要责任也许最后会两者尽失。
