该论坛由国务院发展研究中心会同北京市政府、联合国有关机构共同举办，将探讨各方落实2030年可持续发展议程行动和经验。

The first opened Thursday in Beijing. The forum, co-organized by the Development Research Center of the State Council, the Beijing Municipal Government and relevant organizations of the United Nations, aims to explore the actions and experiences of relevant parties in implementing the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

习近平主席在贺信中指出，中国秉持创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的发展理念，推动中国经济高质量发展，全面深入落实2030年可持续发展议程。同时，中国积极深化南南合作，推动共建“一带一路”同2030年可持续发展议程深入对接，为全球实现可持续发展目标作出积极贡献。

President Xi Jinping said in a congratulatory letter that China has adopted the vision of innovative, coordinated, green, and open development that is for everyone, boosted its economy for high-quality development and fully implemented the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. China has also made vigorous efforts to advance South-South cooperation, align the Belt and Road Initiative with the agenda and contribute energetically to the worldwide achievements of the sustainable development goals.

此次可持续发展论坛的召开，为国际社会交流经验、凝聚共识提供了有益平台。面向未来，中国将继续秉持新发展理念，以更富担当的精神，更加开放的胸襟，更加务实的举措，与各方一道，共同扎实推进2030年议程，共同推动构建人类命运共同体。

2015年9月，联合国可持续发展峰会通过了2030年可持续发展议程，开启了全球发展事业的新篇章。中国政府对此高度重视，率先发布了落实2030年议程的国别方案，4年来两次发布国别进展报告，并在多个可持续发展目标上取得重要进展。此次论坛的召开，更为国际社会交流经验、凝聚共识提供了有益平台。
