2023年生态文明贵阳国际论坛于7月9日下午闭幕。生态文明贵阳国际论坛是中国仅有的以生态文明为主题的国家级国际性论坛。论坛期间，世界自然保护联盟(IUCN)为中国入选《IUCN绿色名录》的13个自然保护地举行了授牌仪式。

China's only national-level global forum themed on ecological civilization, Eco Forum Global Guiyang 2023. concluded on Sunday in Guiyang, capital of southwest China's Guizhou Province.The International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) held the award ceremony for 13 natural reserves in China that were placed on its green list.

【知识点】

生态文明贵阳国际论坛自2009年创办以来，已经成为推动生态文明建设国际交流合作的重要平台，同时也是世界了解中国生态文明建设的重要窗口。

2023年生态文明贵阳国际论坛主题为“共谋人与自然和谐共生现代化——推进绿色低碳发展”。论坛吸引了来自全球42个国家和地区的3200余名代表参加，促成了多个与绿色发展相关的合作。论坛在“坚持绿水青山就是金山银山，筑牢新时代生态文明建设的思想之基”“坚持人与自然和谐共生，夯实共建清洁美丽世界的理论之道”“坚持创新驱动科技引领，谋划促进全面绿色转型的发展之策”“坚持推进绿色低碳发展，走好推动全球可持续发展的行动之路”等四个方面达成了14项共识。论坛发布了《中国气候变化蓝皮书(2023)》《“全球生态文明智库高峰主题论坛”咨询报告》“我国陆地岩溶无机和生态有机碳汇的时空分布规律与驱动机制”“人工调控土地利用岩溶固碳稳碳过程机制”等多项研究成果。

【重要讲话】

我们坚持绿水青山就是金山银山的理念，坚持山水林田湖草沙一体化保护和系统治理，全方位、全地域、全过程加强生态环境保护，生态文明制度体系更加健全，污染防治攻坚向纵深推进，绿色、循环、低碳发展迈出坚实步伐，生态环境保护发生历史性、转折性、全局性变化，我们的祖国天更蓝、山更绿、水更清。

We have acted on the idea that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets. We have persisted with a holistic and systematic approach to conserving and improving mountain, water, forest, farmland, grassland, and desert ecosystems, and we have ensured stronger ecological conservation and environmental protection across the board, in all regions, and at all times. China’s ecological conservation systems have been improved, the critical battle against pollution has been advanced, and solid progress has been made in promoting green, circular, and low-carbon development. This has led to historic, transformative, and comprehensive changes in ecological and environmental protection and has brought us bluer skies, greener mountains, and cleaner waters.
