On July 16, a reporter from National Business Daily learned from the official website of China Quality Certification Center that seven 5G smartphones have obtained 3C certification. Among them, four models are from Huawei, with the other three from Oneplus, ZTE, and Vivo respectively. In addition, insiders from OPPO revealed that OPPO’s 5G smartphone has also obtained 3C certification, commenting “We have obtained the permit, it’s just not public yet.” This means that we are entering an era of the marketization of 5G smartphones.
7月16日，一名来自每日经济新闻的记者从中国质量认证中心官网获悉，7款5G智能手机获得了3C认证。其中，华为有4款，一加(OnePlus)，中兴(ZTE)、 VIVO各有1款。此外，OPPO方面内部人员透漏，他们的5G智能手机也已经获得了3C认证，“我们已经获得了认证，只是还没有公开。”这意味着，5G智能手机正在进入上市阶段。
Three certifications are needed for the large-scale commercialization of 5G smartphones: 3C certification, network access license and State Radio Regulation Committee (SRRC) certification. These three certificates are independent and indispensable. Obtaining these certificates means that the phone can be sold on the market. In addition, insiders told reporters that in general, smartphone manufacturers will strive for these three certificates at the same time, and there will be no discrepancies in the time of delivery.
5G智能手机大规模市场化需要三项认证：3C认证，网络许可证和国家无委核准证(国家无线电管理委员会认证，SRRC)。这三项认证独立且缺一不可，有了这三项认证的手机才可以上市开卖。此外，内部人士向记者透露，一般这三项认证品牌商都会同步去争取，下发时间不会有太大出入。
It is worth noting that among the eight smartphones mentioned above, OnePlus and Vivo obtained their 3C certification on July 15, and Huawei first obtained the certification for the three 5G smartphones on June 11. The official website of the China Quality Certification Center also disclosed the details of the manufacturing plants. Among the four 5G phones of Huawei, two of them were produced by Huawei Machine Co., Ltd., with the other two manufactured by Flextronics Manufacturing (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd. and Foxconn Shenzhen.
值得一提的是，上面提及的8款手机，一加(OnePlus)和VIVO于7月15日获得3C认证，华为最早于6月11日获得了3款5G手机认证。中国质量认证中心官网同时披露了这些手机的生产厂商。在华为的4款5G手机中，其中有两款是华为机器有限公司生产，另外两款是由伟创力制造(珠海)有限公司和深圳富士康工厂生产。
