共青团中央3日发布的中国共青团团内统计公报显示，截至2022年12月底，全国共有共青团员7358.3万名。

【知识点】

中国共产主义青年团，简称共青团，是中国共产党领导的先进青年的群众组织。共青团中央委员会受中共中央委员会领导。共青团的地方各级组织受同级党的委员会领导，同时受共青团上级组织领导。1922年5月，团的首次代表大会在广州举行，正式成立中国社会主义青年团。1925年1月改称中国共产主义青年团。1935年11月党中央为了团结广大青年一致抗日，决定改组共青团，使它成为更广泛的群众性的青年抗日救国组织，曾先后成立中华民族解放先锋队、青年救国会、青年抗日先锋队等青年抗日救国团体。抗日战争胜利后，1946年开始试建新民主主义青年团的工作。1949年4月18日，中国新民主主义青年团正式成立。1957年5月改名中国共产主义青年团。1959年5月4日共青团中央颁布共青团团徽。1982年12月召开中国共产主义青年团第十一次全国代表大会通过《中国共产主义青年团章程》。团员的年龄为14周岁至28周岁。

截至2022年12月底，全国共有共青团组织409.3万个。其中，团的地方委员会0.3万个，基层团(工)委18.9万个，团(总)支部390.1万个。学校团组织186.8万个，团员4016.3万名;企业团组织81.4万个，团员657.9万名;机关事业单位团组织35万个，团员445.1万名;城市街道、乡镇、社区(居委会)、行政村团组织88.9万个，团员2012.2万名;社会组织和其他领域团组织17.2万个，团员226.8万名。

【重要讲话】

中国共产党始终向青年敞开大门，热情欢迎青年源源不断成为党的新鲜血液。共青团要履行好全团带队政治责任，规范和加强少先队推优入团、共青团推优入党工作机制，着力推动党、团、队育人链条相衔接、相贯通。各级党组织要重视培养和发展青年党员，特别是要注重从优秀共青团员中培养和发展党员，确保红色江山永不变色。

The Party has kept its gate open to all young people and will continue to welcome more youths who will add new blood to the Party. The Communist Youth League must perform its political duty of guiding the Young Pioneers, standardize and strengthen mechanisms for the Young Pioneers recommending outstanding members to the Youth League and from the League to the Party, and work hard to improve the interconnection and coordination between personnel cultivation in the Young Pioneers, the League, and the Party. Party organizations at all levels must attach great importance to the training and recruitment of outstanding young people and should, particularly, focus on cultivating and admitting outstanding League members into the Party, so as to ensure our socialist country never changes its nature.
