其中，食品药品安全等传统领域公益诉讼案件占比不足30%，新类型公益诉讼案件占比超70%，涉及向未成年人销售烟酒、网络游戏、未成年人活动场所和设施安全、点播影院、电竞酒店等新兴业态治理。
