9月26日，国家主席习近平向2021年世界互联网大会乌镇峰会致贺信。习近平强调，中国愿同世界各国一道，共同担起为人类谋进步的历史责任，激发数字经济活力，增强数字政府效能，优化数字社会环境，构建数字合作格局，筑牢数字安全屏障，让数字文明造福各国人民，推动构建人类命运共同体。

President Xi Jinping sent a congratulatory letter to the 2021 World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit on Sept 26. Xi emphasized that China is willing to work with other countries to shoulder the historical responsibility of promoting human progress by stimulating the digital economy vitality, enhancing the digital government efficiency, optimizing the digital social environment, setting up a digital cooperation structure, and building a strong digital security shield. China is also willing to work with other countries in the world to make the digital civilization benefit people of all countries, and promote the building of a community with a shared future for humankind.

【知识点】

“数字文明”是时代发展的新脉络。古往今来，每一次文明的演进，都是技术驱动下人类文明之树的突破性成长。在这一过程中，新基础设施的普及是根茎，生产力的跃升是主干，经济、社会、文化等方方面面的进步是丰硕的果实。

中国信息通信研究院近日发布的《全球数字经济白皮书》显示，2020年中国数字经济规模达39.2万亿元，占GDP的38.6%，保持9.7%的高位增长速度，成为稳定经济增长的关键动力。

“十四五”规划提出，迎接数字时代，激活数字、数据要素潜能，推进网络强国建设。

以“迈向数字文明新时代——携手构建网络空间命运共同体”为主题的2021年世界互联网大会乌镇峰会，共设置20场分论坛，反映产业各界对互联网发展前景的前瞻思考，引领数字技术创新趋势，展示推动互联网发展治理的中国方案、中国智慧和中国担当。

数字技术正以新理念、新业态、新模式全面融入人类经济、政治、文化、社会、生态文明建设各领域和全过程，给人类生产生活带来广泛而深刻的影响。
