日前，《国家基本公共服务标准(2021年版)》(以下简称《标准》)对外公布，明确了现阶段国家提供基本公共服务项目的基础标准。

The standard, issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and 20 other departments, covers 80 public services in nine categories, including education, employment, social security, housing and medical services.
经国务院批复同意，国家发展改革委等21个部门4月20日发布《国家基本公共服务标准(2021年版)》(以下简称《标准》)，以推动基本公共服务均等化，保障和改善民生。《标准》涵盖了教育、就业、社会保障、住房、医疗等9个方面的80个公共服务项目。
每个项目均明确服务对象(object)、服务内容(content)、服务标准(standard)、支出责任(expenditure)、牵头负责单位(which government departments are responsible for supervising implementation)等。
我国计划到2025年，基本公共服务均等化水平明显;到2035年，基本公共服务实现均等化。
