(1)全职工作经验(full-time working experience)
部分院校与专业是十分重视考生工作经历的，部分专业甚至要求一定时长的全职工作后才能申请。那么工作经历一定要体现在自我介绍中。描述工作经历的主要思路是先描述工作的基本情况，最后描述这份工作给你带来了什么收获，我们来看一个范例。
I have been an editor(职位) in a magazine(公司) for 3 years(工作时长)upon graduation from college.
After three years’ of working experience, I know much more about myself now——I know what I like and what I dislike. More importantly, I know what I want to be, and what I want to learn from future education.
(2)实习经验(internship experience)
如果考生是应届生，那么可能无法涉及全职的工作经历，这个时候，如果考生的实习经历很充实，对该专业非常重要，那么便可以用英语提前准备一下。主要的思路是先简要描述个人实习经历，之后主要陈述从实习中获得的收获。我们来看一个范例：
As for my working experience, I took an internship as a programmer(具体岗位) in a software company(公司) in last summer vacation(工作时间).
This job enables me to deeply understand that diligence and interpersonal skill really matter in the workforce. And during this period of time, I learn how to get along with colleagues well——be helpful, be patient and be cooperative.
(3)科研经验(experience in scientific research)
如果考生有相关专业的科研经历，那么是一定需要重点突出的。复试考官会比较看重考生的科研素质，而参与科研项目正是科研素质的体现。所以有科研经历的考生应该详细描述自己的科研，以及通过科研，对自己专业的收获，或是通过科研认识到自己专业的不足，希望获得更多的学习，等等。
