为了促进各地全民健身场地设施的建设和使用，日前多部门印发了《全民健身场地设施行动工作方案(2023-2025年)》。“全民健身场地设施行动”的主要目标是到2025年，各级公共健身设施和社区15分钟健身圈实现全覆盖。

An upgrade plan has recently been issued to promote the construction and use of national fitness venues and facilities in China. The plan, spanning from 2023 to 2025. has been jointly issued and initiated by multiple governmental departments, with its main goal to achieve full coverage of public fitness facilities and 15-minute fitness circles in different levels of administrative units by 2025.

【知识点】

近年来，我国全国体育场地和人均体育场地面积有所增加，但“人多、空间少、需求旺”仍是城市社区15分钟健身圈建设的首个难题。《全民健身场地设施行动工作方案(2023-2025年)》提出，为加快推动解决群众“健身去哪儿”难题，促进群众体育发展，构建全民健身公共服务体系，体育总局等部门决定组织实施“全民健身场地设施行动”。

方案提出，到2025年，与城乡人民群众需求相适应、与人口要素相匹配的县(市、区)、乡镇(街道)、行政村(社区)三级公共健身设施和社区15分钟健身圈实现全覆盖。15分钟健身圈，是指在城市社区，居民从居住地步行或骑行不超过15分钟范围内，有可供开展健步走、广场舞、球类运动等群众性体育活动的场地设施。

方案提出，将开展健身设施强基础、提质量、优服务、增效益四大行动，加强适老化适儿化健身设施配置，推进智慧化健身设施建设，促进公共体育场馆开放提质增效，健身设施利用率。

我们要坚持以增强人民体质、全民族身体素质和生活质量为目标，重视并充分发挥体育在促进人的全面发展中的重要作用，继续推进体育改革创新，加强体育科技研发，完善全民健身体系，增强广大人民群众特别是青少年体育健身意识，增强我国竞技体育的综合实力和国际竞争力，加快建设体育强国步伐。

We must aim at building up people's physique, improving their physical health and raising their living standards, and fully leverage the important role of sports in advancing people's well-rounded development. We will continue to promote reform and innovation in sports and enhance development and research in sports science and technology. We will improve the public fitness programs and raise awareness of sports and fitness among our people, the young people in particular. We will promote the country's overall strength and competitiveness in international competitive sports, and step up efforts to build China into a country strong on sports.
