Their comments followed official Customs data that China's total imports and exports declined 0.8 percent year-on-year to 6.18 trillion yuan during the first two months of the year.

此前，海关总署发布数据显示，今年前2个月，我国进出口总值达6.18万亿元，同比微降0.8%。

Exports increased 0.9 percent from a year earlier to 3.5 trillion yuan while imports declined 2.9 percent to 2.68 trillion yuan during the period, resulting in a trade surplus of 810.32 billion yuan, which expanded 16.2 percent on a yearly basis, the General Administration of Customs said.

海关总署表示，其中，出口3.5万亿元，同比增长0.9%;进口2.68万亿元，同比下降2.9%。贸易顺差8103.2亿元，扩大16.2%。
